- Thanks to the Potential Customer Transfer Wizard,
potential customer lists can be transferred to the system. Potential customer
lists can be classified as desired and assigned to sales consultants for phone
calls. With these assignments, every sales consultant can keep track of his/her
own call list, and monitor his/her own daily work plan from a single screen.
- Monthly
goals can be defined on the basis of sales consultants and enterprise, and performances
(How many phone calls are made, how many appointments are made, what is the number
of cycles given, how many of these result in sales, etc.) can be measured instantly.
