
With
20 years of experience in operating a sports facility, Palestra Fitness Spa, with
the cooperation of Senkron Yazilim, designed a program required for a more quality
and modern facility. Thanks to the project in which the Lapis spa, wellness and
fitness solution was used, sales and after-sales performance monitoring has become
more efficient at Palestra. Besides, a successful system has been created to track
member information effectively and make reportings seamlessly.
Operating
within Istanbul Marriott Hotel Asia, Palestra wished to increase its operational
strength by leveraging both its sales power and experience, and the advantage
of belonging to an international brand. In this sense, Lapis was the best solution
to fully meet Palestra's needs. Single-point management With
the Lapis solution, Palestra aims at increasing customer satisfaction; providing
compact spa, fitness and pool services; developing a network of selected customers
and making quality elimination among members; constantly monitoring member portfolio
and consumption areas; checking sales team performance; leading competition in
terms of trainings, innovations and campaigns which will continuously improve
market share; monitoring member problems from a single point and providing solutions
rapidly; in short, achieving a healthy growth and developing its service quality.
The Palestra Lapis project, with its installation already completed, is expected
to be finalized in 2011 after fine tuning. Harmonious team The
positive and constructive approach of the Senkron team played an important role
in realizing the project. Both companies carried out a very harmonious cooperation.
During installation and design, meetings were held nearly every day. Individual
meetings were organized with sales, reception, operation, spa and administration
departments. The team convened regularly every month during the project, fulfilling
its tasks rapidly. Lapis, implemented within the scope of the project, is now
used for monitoring membership and facility utilization services. Quality
growth Kenan Topuz, Director of Palestra Fitness Spa, says that their
main mission is to make fine tuning for quality across the company and position
the Palestra brand on stronger grounds. In this sense, the goals are to make more
effective promotion for members, support employees more, achieve ultimate success
in services such as sports, spa, pool and recreation, and enable personal development

Fitness Spa Established on an area of 3,500sqm, both closed and open,
Palestra has 3 pools in total, 1 open garden pool, 1 open terrace pool and 1 closed
pool; recreation areas; 2 turkish baths, 2 saunas, 2 steam baths and 1 jacuzzi;
and 8 change rooms, 4 for men and 4 for women. The center offers pilates, yoga,
spinning, aerobic classes, and features fitness track, cardio track and Mini Kids
Club for children. Offering special VIP classes, Palestra is a compact recreation
area with massage, beauty and skin care units. Providing service with a team of
40 people in winter and 60 in summer, the center offers its members the taste
of recreating and renewing themselves. |
